MILFORD ALIVE! Vendor Application

First, please read the Vendor Application.  All the information you need is in the application form and on this page.  You can buy your space(s) below by completing the online form and clicking the Buy Now button. 

If you choose to buy your space(s) online, the Milford Merchants Association still requires a SIGNED and completed Vendor Application before you can setup, the day of the event.

Food Vendors must complete the Municipal Temporary Food Concession Application and submit to Milford Borough before the event.  If you are cooking anything, you must also complete a Milford Borough Fire Permit.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to sign-up and pay online, you can submit your application by mail or in person using the Vendor Application link below.  Click the link to download, complete, sign, and return the form to the Milford Merchants Association along with your payment.  All the info you will need is on the forms, so please read carefully.
